By using ClarityX - Cleaner App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue using the app. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. License to Use

ClarityX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
  • Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Data Collection and Use

By using ClarityX, you consent to the collection of limited technical and usage data, such as:

  • Device information: model, operating system version, and unique identifiers.
  • Usage data: interactions with app features, cleaning tools, and optimization processes.
  • All collected data is anonymized and used solely to improve performance, resolve issues, and enhance your experience.

3. App Functionality

ClarityX helps you optimize device performance by:

  • Cleaning unnecessary files, cache, and temporary data.
  • Removing duplicate photos and videos.
  • Freeing up storage and improving device speed.
  • You are responsible for reviewing files before deletion. ClarityX is not responsible for accidental data loss caused by user actions.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Premium features are available via in-app purchases.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Payments are processed securely through Apple's in-app purchase system.

5. App Updates

We may periodically release updates, bug fixes, or new features. Continued use of ClarityX after an update signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClarityX is provided "as is", without any warranties. We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted service and are not responsible for damages arising from app use.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ClarityX if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws, and any disputes will be resolved under relevant jurisdiction.
